PET CONSIDERATIONS

Texas Star Realty and Property Management is happy to consider your pet for our properties. Note that each pet is considered separately. As a family owned and operated business, we'll approach each case with equal consideration. If your pet is a service or emotional support animal, contact us to speak with a licensed real estate agent.

Pet policy fees

• $400 nonrefundable fee per pet under 40 pounds
• $700 nonrefundable fee per pet 41 - 80 pounds
• Pets over 80 pounds are considered individually
• Animals other than cats and dogs considered individually
• Must submit photos of pet and copies of vaccination records
  

Breeds and types of pets that require additional consideration

• Akita
• American Bulldog
• Chow Chow
• Doberman Pincher
• German Shepherd
• Mastiff
• Pitbull or Amstaff
• Rottweiler
• Shar Pei
• English Bull Terrier
• Hybrid or Pure-breed Wolves
• Mix-breed animal with aggressive breed
• Aggressive breeds must have $250,000 liability insurance policy naming the animal as the insured
