Once your security deposit is paid and you're accepted as a tenant, you'll be asked to come to our office for a formal lease signing.
We'll contact you to set up a time on the first day of the lease. We'll meet with you for 30-45 minutes to review the lease and answer any of your questions or concerns.
Note: As a tenant, you're required to provide a government-issued photo-ID at the lease signing.
Texas Star Realty and Property Management strives to make our rental application process as easy as possible. As a family owned and operated business, we care about the well-being of every tenant and property owner that we work with.
Provided that all verification are completed and application fees are paid, we can normally present a rental application to the property owner within one business day of receipt.
After a lease application is accepted, the prospective tenant has until 5:00 PM the following business day to provide us with the security deposit. If this deadline is missed, the tenant selection process will begin again. Deposits must be made out to Texas Star Management in the form of a cashier's check or money order. Cash will not be accepted for any reason.
