MOVE-OUT PROCEDURES

Houston

SECURITY DEPOSIT RETURN

You'll receive your security deposit within 30 days from Texas Star Realty and Property Management. You must supply us with a forwarding address to mail your security deposit.

If you don't supply a forwarding address, it may result in the delay of this process. See your lease for detail.

RENTAL APPLICATIONS

As a tenant, you're required to leave the property clean and undamaged. As long as you have taken care of the property, we will return your security deposit. Established in 2006, we have built a reputation for excellent customer service with our tenants and property owners. Call us today to speak with a licensed real estate agent. Read our move-out procedures below.

Note that this is not a full guide for move-out. You must leave the property in the same condition as you received it, minus normal wear and tear.

Property showings

Property owners may place a key box on the property during the last 30 days of your lease or at any time. To withdraw the authorization for this, you must provide written notice and pay 1 month's rent. Tenants will be charged a trip charge of $50 if a landlord or agent is unable to access the property.
