The property manager can schedule a walk-through every 4-6 months. If the property is not maintained it may result in legal action or nonrenewal of the lease.
You're required to complete a move-in inventory and condition form and return it within 5 days of move-in. If you don't do this, you're responsible for any damages at move-out.
The tenant must schedule a walk-through upon move-out (no later than 5:00 PM on the last day of the lease). Utilities must be on. Carpet must be professionally steam cleaned. You must turn in your keys and remotes immediately after.
